Thank goodness I found you all! Waaay too much info out there for a newbie like myself to try and digest let alone make sense of!

A smoker for near on 37 years, bought my first eCig on Saturday. Fed up (with both smoking & trying to find 'my' eCig) I grabbed a pack of disposable Elites when out at the cash and carry with my OH. I realized when I bought them that they wouldn't be the most economical eCigs, but would at least get me started. But now I need your help, please!

These are almost great, I've not had a tobacco cig since I started them. I smoked between 15-20 a day of Richmond Superking Smooth (used to be Gold) before switching. The Elite disposable ones are lasting me about a day and a half.

I was looking at a few sites, ROK, Ellites & Libbero but I'm still confused, especially about which ones can be refilled without having to buy specific tips. I just really need to come to some decision within the next day so I can get whatever it is ordered and in my hands before these disposable ones are gone.

It's a little bigger than the Elites ciggy-like you've got, but the battery run time is vastly better . . . if you ask Jason to swap out the atomiser's for cartomiser's in the kit, they'd be an easier proposition for you.

It would be worthwhile picking up a few bottles of juice to fill your cartomiser's, a pick n mix would be ideal.

I know of one person that loves the ROK but that's about it Elites are very expensive to buy refills from & battery life between charges is very poor. Libbero are a very good supplier, but not the cheapest by far.

If you go for a Riva, like the one Perpetua linked to, you will be able to find replacement cartomisers at very reasonable prices from just about all the good suppliers

Remember, the bigger the battery, the longer it lasts The bigger the thing you put e-liquid into, the longer you can vape without filling up.
Riva 1100's are great, cartomisers are great, they are going to blow your mind if you've been happy with the disposable.

I have had a look & it seems OK (newbie, lol) but they all have buttons/switches on them ..... Isn't that a pain?

you have far more control with a switch and the juice is less likley to enter battery chamber and stop it from working

Not really as it gives you the operator more control of your vape technique , press button and vape , you'll get used to it very quickly
