Haha...i think i will stock up my Menthol as i'm not brave enough just yet...will get 1 or 2 randoms as well though, no idea which flavour, any recommendations??..which don't include toffee or coffee, ach-a-fi! lol

Hello, i'm back again, still going strong but the Haribo are helping me out! eeeek, lol

Just ordered some more menthol juice but have been missing cigs so went up a level with the nicotine and will then work my way down, hopefully that will help...ordered a few clear cartomisers too, looking forward to trying those out

All in all a good first day, stuck to my Riva and avoided the dreaded analogues!

just to add you can vape more often than you did when smoking your rollies if that helps sort your craving out.
also when trying different flavours if you dont like them just add a real tiny amount of menthol crystals (from any chemist/health shop)
when i say tiny i mean tiny it'll turn anything to menthol and is ok to vape just give the bottle a good shake to dissolve the crystals

Thanks Colliwobbles, i do tend to vape quite a bit in the evening but when i am in work it isn't always possible so i am thinking i may need a higher hit of nicotine to get me through to my next smoke break, we shall see and i'll report back if i find it easier with the higher nic content. Thanks for the tip about menthol crystals, didnt even know they existed!!

they are the sort you put in a bowl of hot water when you have a bunged up nose then put a towel over to get the vape but remember be very sparing with it as the are very strong
also think about the fruit flavoured menthols too cherry menthol and apple menthol etc
they are rather nice

Not sure what cartomisers you are using blue, but if you haven't tried them yet, worth getting some of the LR (2 ohm) Boges - they give a bigger kick than the standard ones.

You can buy Menthol Crystals quite reasonably on Ebay if you have difficulty obtaining them locally BB.

Hi Blue

i tend to vape around 20mg stregth during the day the drop to between 10 -15mg in the evening when i can chain vape!

Jason at vapescape will mix the full sized bottles to any strength, i usually get him to do mine at 15!
