Could anyone recommend me an "all in" type of kit to start me off in the world of mixology. I have steered clear up until now, but would like to try. Have read lots over time, and believe I have a fair idea, now its time to practice. I have a few concentrates, would just like pointing in the right direction. Thanks in advance, Carpman1

I'm a noob too, I just read the threads on here, took a look at the Mixing calculator at the top of the page allaboute-cigarettes.proboards.com/page/calculator and started from there. I brought 200ml of 7.2/72 Nicotine. 100ml of VG and 10ml of PG. Two 30ml bottles of one shot concentrate (though 10ml would have been enough) from my favourite juice vendor. Most but not all vendors will have concentrates of their juices. This is my starter kit Cost about £35 2 pirex mini mixing cups 1 200ml nic 1 100ml VG 1 100ml PG 1 20ml syringe 1 3ml syringe 1 little funnel 5 30ml empty bottles 1 100ml bottle for shaking the mix together Couple of concentrates Some labels to remember the date, mix, and Nic strength
All these can be obtained from a lot of different places I chose to use Vapable, Just seemed right at the time.

Well done @19steve57 that is definately the right way to do it, the mixing kits whilst making it easy are NOT the best way, buying your kit separately is the right way to go carpman1 , check out lubrisolve on Ebay for your PG/VG grab some syringes from your chemist, or buy them on Ebay as well, bottles from bottle4us and I'm sure someone on here will tell you the best/cheapest currently for nic base, then head over to Chefs Vapour and immerse yourself in the wonders of concentrates, I would heartily recommend Clear Storm, I've worked out that you can mix 100ml for just over £2.50 (using 6% concentrate which is plenty for that one) Enjoy yourselves, it's great fun

Thanks for the pointers guys, after having a look around, I'm going to get things individually and put together my own "kit". Roll on pay day...

A little tip carpman1 , when using Vegetable Glycerine attatch about 1.5" of aquarium airline to the syringe rather than a blunt needle. VG is so viscous that it takes ages with the needle. Jim

Alternatively, for VG take the needle off altogether, pour some VG into a bowl and syringe it directly from bowl to bottle. Liking Jim jevans's idea though . . .
