They are on holiday bones. I did the same, but I don't expect much to happen before next week.

They are on holiday bones. I did the same, but I don't expect much to happen before next week.

The despatch e-mail said 2 items had been sent and the Youde Coil Jig V3 would follow, but on my account details on the website there's no indication of this.

Could you confirm the Coil Jig is being sent and give me an idea when it will be shipped, please?

Hi,  the Courui D01 Cree XM-L2 has shipped out , but the others all sold out , we are waiting for the re-stock . sorry . i will give you the information about the restock on monday

Hi, pebbles , it was shipped on 26 Aug, but without tracking number , i can not track its status . and general it takes about 30-45 gg with China post without tracking number.

Hi isabel22 - Can you confirm please that there appears to be a problem with end of July & August 'un-tracked' orders that have not been received by anyone, I have read on other forums now that people who did not choose the tracking option have not received their parcels?

As you are aware I have three 'un-tracked' orders outstanding from end of July and beginning of August that have not been received, thankfully you have very very kindly sorted out a replacement for the first order and I am very grateful for that but it is very concerning that lots of other buyers have not received their orders either and it would therefore appear to be a problem at Gearbest end and not the UK.

As you are also aware and others need to know I think, your customer service is only offering a 50% refund for any missing orders which is not acceptable, I for one will not be accepting anything like that so perhaps it would be beneficial for someone to take ownership of this seemingly large problem and refund customers their orders in full.

I can foresee a lot of paypal claims otherwise.
