isabel22 . . . . would it be a help for you to create another thread, ' Gearbest Order Queries ' perhaps? You are allowed 2 threads on the Vendor Board - I'd then be happy to move the most recent posts concerning individual order questions on to it for you.

My thinking being it would keep this, your Vendor thread clearer for you to post GB's promotions/deals on and to keep track more easily with specific concerns.

What do you think?

Unfair kreed perhaps you should read my posts, I have been very complimentary about the recent service, I only complain when it is warranted.

And my most recent communications have been via PM as requested Tease-smiley


And I think Perpetua 's idea is excellent, and could be utilised for other vendors as well

hi, mattyboy  due to the Goblin Mini Tank and Drip Tip now is not available, so i think your package will be separated . send firstly the youde goblin .
and the Warm Tip : your order will be shipped out with Netherlands Post without tracking number , the delivery time maybe need about 30-40 days or less .

I'm working all day today so it will be our evening by the time I next log in, but I'll make it my first job to go back through the last 10 pages at least of this thread and transfer any posts relating to order queries onto your new thread.

Very pleased you think it a good plan . . . . I'm hoping it will make everything simpler, easier for us all to separate out these two specific areas.

I've made a start moving some of the individual order queries on to it  . . . . I'll carry on with that shortly.


ETA: done did . . . . 50+ pages of posts gone through at some unholy hour this morning.

They'll appear before Isabel's OP because of the date/time order - any new posts will now follow as normal.

Slight problem with the colour - I ordered white n black and got red and black, but its OK with me as far it working well.
