Hi isabel22 my order WW1510101028045644 placed on 11/10/20015
arrived today 27/10/2015 but the Uwell Crown was NOT in the parcel.
Can you find out what has happened to it.

Hi isabel22, my order WW1509230606338547, ordered from the EU warehouse on Sep 23rd, 2015 21:06:32 PM, still hasn't arrived.

That's now 5 weeks since I ordered.

Hi, quincey43  i am sorry to tell you that not ordered it from eu warehouse , we never stock the evic mini box mod in EU ,that available in eu is the evic mini kit.

and your parcel was shipped by China Post without tracking number , actually the NL14450858479927 is  unregistered tracking number .we provide free registered tracking number once your order is more than 40$ . so pls await patiently ,  usually it takes 25-40 days.

Hi, cruella666 Sorry . the reason is : we restock the Uwell Crown into the EU warehouse, it is on the way , when the goods arrive in EU warehouse , we will process your order as soon as possible.

It won't yet adilsec, it always takes a few days for any tracking site to update information. I might add, that whilst this thread and isabel22's services are here for all our members benefit - it could be considered polite behaviour to actually bother to participate in other areas of the forum also.

shopping direct from china while cheap does involve the need for a lil patience and sometimes a little more patience just take the online stock level indicators as , well shall we say optimistic guesses rather than hard n fast facts

adilsec  , I have no idea about your paypal dispute . i checked your order , no CASE .

In the case of opening paypal complain by one client , the order is locked , we can not send the parcel until the client closes it or the paypal sorts it out . 

and as I said , came out the tacking number , but the order will be shipped in these 2 days , so the information still not be tracked and it always takes a few days for any tracking site to update information

Hi, the products have now been shipped but for some reason its been shipped via flat rate shipping instead of standard shipping, do you know why? I paid £10 for delivery
