i checked your order 20th  , 11 pics . 
the evic mini and eleaf i just2 will restock in these days because yesterday the factory shipped the goods .
then  the melo and case for evic mini  i will ask the restock date . 
the distribution about others items  already done ,and will ship soon . 



Hi Isabell22, If the items are not in stock at the time of ordering why is this not reflected on the website?

I suggest you look at the following new thread as the reviews of Gearbest are not going down well. I have now lost my trust and faith in Gearbest as a vendor.

i placed an order that was shipped 27-08-2015
but after not receiving it i raised a ticket T15092509253
and was asked to wait till 15-10-2015

the item still hasnt arrived 
so i have contacted you twice since then but have been ignored !!

please can you resolve this issue for me

It won't yet adilsec, it always takes a few days for any tracking site to update information. I might add, that whilst this thread and isabel22's services are here for all our members benefit - it could be considered polite behaviour to actually bother to participate in other areas of the forum also.

adilsec  , I have no idea about your paypal dispute . i checked your order , no CASE .

In the case of opening paypal complain by one client , the order is locked , we can not send the parcel until the client closes it or the paypal sorts it out . 

and as I said , came out the tacking number , but the order will be shipped in these 2 days , so the information still not be tracked and it always takes a few days for any tracking site to update information , Thank you Perpetua
