Early days of vaping

From the bottom of my heart (which is healthier now) and my wallet (which isn't)......thank you Chrissie and all the admin team for giving so much of your time and effort providing a great place to hang out with other like-minded vapers.

Chrissie - you should feel very proud of the vibrant and welcoming community that you have started here. It's a wonderful group of like-minded friends, who help and advise anyone regardless of their age or experience.

Happy birthday forum, thanks Chrissie for starting and the admin team who manage the diverse bunch we are so well but all with one common....

Chrissie so six years ago when setting up you obviusly see a need, has it grown more, less or what you envisaged?

Bobsbeer I initially set up All About E-cigarettes up as an eBay community help group, over 7 years ago. A few months after, ebay banned the sale of e-cigs & I got an email from the community manager, saying that I had to remove all links to e-cigs from the group, within 24 hours, or it would be closed down. So I set this forum up that night

letsavit, very few people had heard of e-cigs 6 years ago (& even less, 7 years ago, when I bought my first one). My main aim was (& still is) to let as many smokers as possible know about them & to try & find the best deals for them & above all, try to stop them being scammed. Back then, there were so many "free trial" scams about.

It's grown, exactly as I hoped it would

I'd also like to say a huge thank you to all the moderators that have helped me keep the forum going over the last 6 years. Especially our current ones, Perpetua, jess (who has had no internet connection for quite sometime, but will be back) & snow
