You might want to try upping the resistance in SETTINGS , F.ADJ OHMS. Up it to .21 and see what that`s like  It doesn`t sound like much, but can make a massive difference dalealan

Cheers robby yeah did that the last time. I think the coils nigh on kaput. Mind it's only been in a month haha I hope they change the setting for adjusting ohms as its a very limited range when its off and it's a pain waiting for the coil to cool down and keep resetting the atty.

does any one have the up and down buttons the wrong way round?? up button watts go down and down button watts go up

It`s the screen is the other way round, you can change it in serttings. When you change the screen direction, the buttons are marked wrong bones3
