Hey Just been on Facebook and kingzofvapour social group has now been changed to tvs social. The person that signed up kingofvapour on the forum has left kov and been taken over by someone else who has increased prices and changed shipping prices. The person has now started there own company www.tradevapesupplies.com/ still very good prices and still very good communication. I thought I would mention this as may answer a few changes that happened on kingzofvapour site www.tradevapesupplies.com/

Chrissie has tvs applied for vendor status? They did apply for vendor status, but their request was rejected due to the fact that their website is non compliant with online trading regulations. And as for this in their returns policy - " Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed minus a 10% restocking fee, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days."

That's a shocking policy, likely a company in for a quick buck and not expecting repeat business.

ive never heard of a UK company charge a restocking fee. america is a different kettle of fish though. Alienware laptops tried charging me 15% restocking after 19 days even though motherboard, graphics card and hard drive all died within 19 days. they tried but failed.

The restocking fee in a returns policy is there to avoid people sending open boxed items back solely due to 'buyers remorse'. In an online only business the resale value of an open box item is significantly lower, even if the item in question is still brand new. If it was a brick and mortar store then obviously it can be sold for near enough full retail value as a 'display model' but unfortunately in the online game that's not a viable option

I found this about re-stocking fee's But then I also found someting that says they can charge a re-stocking fee after 7 days ? Its all a bit confusing really 3.55 If you want the consumer to return the goods and to pay for that return, you must make it clear in the contract and as part of the required written information – see paragraph 3.10. If the consumer then fails to return the goods, or sends them at your expense, you can charge them the direct cost to you of the return, even if you have already refunded the consumer’s money. You are not allowed to make any further charges, such as a restocking charge or an administration charge Source(well it was the source, have to hunt it down, sorry)

I really don't know where to begin. The trade vape supplies terms of service and returns policy go against so many of the clauses in the consumer contracts regulations and the consumer rights act. I highly recommend that anyone with a problem with an online order or even a bricks and mortar purchase read up on these regulations. Suppliers seem able to put whatever they want into their policies, but under no circumstances can they take away your statutory rights.
On an additional topic, many companies such as sports direct added items such as magazines or mugs to your order automatically and charged for them. This is now illegal.
