I have a kangertech aerotank turbo as my tank and I must say, I love it. Went to rebuild coils today for first time, and can't for the life of me get the chimneys out. I have no spares, and no spare tanks / attys, (will be remedying that asap!) So, I put a different couple of kangertech heads in. The chimney is much shorter, bit still covered by the channels in the tank itself. The ohms are reasonable, (will tell you exact ohmage in a minute. )And, they work. My question is, is it safe to do this? Hoping it is cos otherwise I'm buggered! Thanks for any/all advise... Off to do some vape shopping!

Are we talking this style RatfinkzIf so then yes they'll both work. The chimneys can be a bit stiff and are easier to get off on the longer chimney version, just pull and wiggle from side to side

The answer is no...it leaked everywhere!! The ones I put in were same asshort but originals are different to the long, and they are double coiled. On the positive side, I discovered the spare two that came with tank so am sorted now! Phew!

Pliers my man, two sets, one on the bottom and the other to wiggle the chimney Put the nose of the pliers in the chimney hole other wise you will crush it.
