Perhaps try messaging Chefs using the online chat facility through their site Jerri , they have in the past responded quickly to any queries I've had that way. Other than that I'm struggling to come up with a good pre-blended Custard that I've personally used, although I did find DV's Creme Anglaise very nice at 20%: www.chefsvapour.co.uk/dv-concentrates/3061-creme-anglaise.htmlOr you could bite the bullet and buy the concentrates individually for a custard recipe . . . . . I'll drop then a message. I'm not after anything amazing just a plain vanilla custard type to use as a base while I get my head around mixing so will check out the DV's one too. I did spot that on their site but this is all new so had no idea if it was worth a punt. I'll have a look at some of the custard recipes and see how much it costs etc. It is, along with some Capella V1 Vanilla Cusrard . . . . which is actually rather nice combined with some of the DV Creme Anglasie. You know if you need any help sorting out the amounts to make a mix that any one of us will help you Jerri. It takes just that little bit of confidence to get started. xxx

I've send Chefs a message so hopefully they'll have a date when they'll be back in stock.
