All good here, now. It turned out to be geographical, some or mostly Virgin media and the Rubicon site. so some were being hit and others were not. I need to move house  |

I'm on Virgin 152 mbs connection and it didn't have any effect on my PC Win 7 IE (Adblocker on or off). But Android tablet unusably slow until I installed Adblocker browser. Both connected to same Modem/Router Hub.
