They'll definitely get a neg. cige, but they won't care, they get loads of feedback every day, it'll soon disappear off the page and they have a lot of negs. all ready.

different item. I emailed the seller and she said it was the same and my tough luck if i didn't like it but i was convinced it wasn't the same top so i opened a dispute a got my money back. she then left me feedback saying i had stolen her top , unbelievable. Was that in the days sellers could leave buyers negs Nicky? Makes me wonder if ebay's worth the hassle sometimes.

I'm sorry I give sellers ONE chance to put things right if they fail they get a Neg , I'm not for pussy footing around , I have a buyer account and a seller account which I keep separate both accounts are 100% positive , my seller account has been dormant for a year or so coz I lost faith in ebay . Reason being as Anne is now aware , they do bugger all and say it's out of their area because they are only a platform !! tsch

Did you know that's not permitted? Sellers aren't allowed to leave a positive with a negative comment, you should report them as they're breaking rules then they'd get a strike. Too many of them and they'll be kicked off ebay, that would teach them!

Is it compulsory to display T&C's if you are Anne?
Or is it just a case of DSR's applying if you haven't bothered to add any of your own?

I don't know about compulsory T & C's Perpy, but DSR's are set by buyers, a seller has no control over them.

I contacted feebay and they advised me to ring the seller, so I've just got their phone number and will have it out with them tomorrow. Really can't be bothered with it at the moment. It's not a woman, it's some bloke called Marc and it's a number with loads of 3's in it, so one of those 'easy to remember' numbers that cost a fortune to buy from BT. They must be loaded and they're being petty over £1.33. > I'm just doing it because they're liars.

Don't blame you Anne, it's the principle of the matter really.
