Zero Nic!!

I have been using 11 mg since the day i started vaping with the intention of cutting down. Its taken a while but last weekend i went down to 5mg and have been fine all week

So tonight is the night when i went to zero nic been vaping it since 5.30 and feel fine, no cravings yet but will see how i go, im really hoping i can do this

I went from 18 to 24 mg cause the former just wasn't strong enough for me..

That's what I've been trying to do as well, gone from 36 to 26 to 20 and now 15mg, I'd love to know how you get on cos zero nic is a future goal of mine too. Good luck girl

I made her a 10ml mix. 30 drops of DV raspberry flavour and the 50/50 PG/VG to top up the bottle. Just waiting to see if she starts getting crankier. If I get stabbed tonight, blame the lack on nicotine

Quick question if you dont mind.
do you personally still get a throat hit at that strength? I know if I drop from 16 mg to 11mg I dont really feel it. But as your on a much lower strength, I was just wondering if you do.

Yes i do get quite a good throat hit Flipflop, i think its the PG thats gives it the throat hit Infact its seems catch in the back of the throat and make me cough more for some reason lol!!

Still going strong, and hubby is still alive
