Zero Nic!!

I vape 8mg now. Started at 18, then went to 10. Don't notice any difference at all. Tis easy

I must say Anne i havent noticed any difference when i dropped to 5 mg, so thought why not go for it

Sounds good bel, well done............. you could always keep a spare carto with a small amount, say 5mg just incase you felt like you could kill steve............. humanitarian purposes

How strange I also went from 18mg to 6mg today, big jump but haven't felt the effects at all... this was to do with a health issue I'm trying to resolve though (will start another thread about later )

Can it really be this easy

No cravings at all today, just need to get abit more flavour into the juice and then i will be happy.

Perhaps its not the nicotine i was addicted to but the actual act of smoking

I started on 18mg went to 11/12ish and was fine, will go lower soon, glad to hear its going well for you, it gives us all hope

I've alternated between med & low for a couple of weeks and haven't really noticed any increase in cravings.

I hope eventually to get onto zero nic myself

well i dont know if bel will say different but i tried the concoction at our weekly costa vape and i must say flavour was there big time as well as vape
me being a big needeer of a throat hit it wasnt there but as an ex 50 a day man i must say i prefered what i tried and throat hit missing i can do ok with it. steve i think you got the mix good and when i come off the nic it is definatey a flavour to go with

It will be an interesting experiment to try some with nic juice in a
day or two to see if you are really missing it.
