Juicy Vapes

Hi,

I ordered some e liquid off www.juicyvapes.co.uk on 24/10/15 and still haven't received anything. The phone number on their site is not connecting nor are they replying to my emails. I was wondering if anyone knew anything about them as i'm thinking of getting a paypal refund.

Not a great site is it . . . and their Facebook page no longer exists. 

If they've not responded to your inquiries then I'd be tempted to start a PP dispute ( I think enough time has elapsed now ) you don't have to escalate it to a claim immediately, give them another chance to reply perhaps?

if they ain't replying then PayPal claim it is, show them proof of emails sent.

Thanks for your help. Think i'll open up a pp dispute then.

I usually use mist e liquid or vapescape. Both great sites. On this occassion i wanted 3mg gold and silver and juicy vapes seemed to stock it. Think i'll just buy 0mg and 6mg from my usual suppliers and mix.

Sounds like a plan . . . although our lovely Jason at Vapeescape has recently shut up shop.

Jason decided for all the right reasons to call it a day - did you not receive any notifying emails, perhaps you weren't signed up for the newsletter?

How long have you been trying to get in contact with them? Never used them but they don't appear to be open over the weekend. They have full contact address details on their website under the contact info page and googling that appears to show them as an active LTD business (although a couple of businesses are registered to the address)

Perpetua: Don't think i was subscribed, if i was i probably missed the email. A shame though, had some decent vape points.

Just to keep this thread updated, i've opened up a paypal dispute. I don't care if they are a legit business or not, its been 10 days without the goods and not a single email/call to say theres a problem. Very poor indeed.

You did the right thing with opening a Paypal dispute. It may make Juicy Vapes respond to you, but don't close the dispute until you either recieve the goods or are refunded,

Keep us updated with what happens.

Just to update this, i received my paypal refund. I will obviously not be using juicy vapes ever again and i advise the same for everyone.

Can anyone recommend a place where i can buy 100ml of Gold & Silver eliquid @ 3mg? Tried searching, but would like some recommendations. Mist eliquid has 6mg out of stock so can't mix
