After vaping vivi nova tanks for 4 years, I need a change. Is there a really good (uncomplicated) tank out there. I don't want to rebuild, I just want an easy fill, easy to change the atomiser. There are so many on the market and I have no idea what sub ohm tanks are, I just want a tank that will sit well on my Eleaf Istick with no added complications. It's becoming more like rocket science every day!!!!!

The favourites seem to be
Smok tfv 4 (also now in mini) Uwell crown Kanger (comes in 3 sizes the plus standard or mini and possibly nano but unsure)
Many also like the triton
All will come with various coil options so coils aren't too big a factor.

a 20w istick wont vape sub ohm coils iirc, it will give a low ohm warning.. 1ohm is i think the lowest resistance coil it will fire.. gearbest are selling the istick 60w for just shy of £18, though you will need a battery too.

Hiya catfish, lots of choice on the market but most of the recent ones are sub ohm and seem to need 45+ watts to get the best out of them (which is why I dont own any of them!)
With your istick you'll need tanks that take 1ohm coils so maybe you are better with protanks/aerotanks and maybe subtank mini with the 1.2ohm stock coils? (and probably a slimmer driptip if you mouth to lung inhale?)

Aspire Mini Nautilus.
There is nothing else (well, you might like subtank with 1.2ohm) unless you upgrade your mod.
I cancelled my orders for Uwell crown and stuff like that. These tanks are a totally different approach to vaping.

I agree with the Nautilus/Mini Nautilus - maybe the sub tank suggestions are too big a jump and maybe the OP prefers MTL

The 1.5 ohm coils for the Smok TFV4 are far superior to nauti coils for taste and longevity.
Now the 'mini' is out and they can be used on most devices without serious overhangage/looking silly, they are the way forward.

Thanks Phatfil and hello Perpy having a look at the above It's the 20w 5.5v one. In that case Kat it won't handle a subohm tank as has been said . . . . the Nautilus, Aerotank/Protank would be good options to look at. If though you did fancy trying out subohm vaping, treating yourself - then this is a very nice not too costly set up with a suitable battery: www.gearbest.com/starter-kits/pp_219334.html

Thanks Chrissie, it's good to be back . And thanks to everyone for all your good advice. I have ordered a protank for now and will save up for something more adventurous. I do seem to get through a lot of flavour concentrates when making my juice!
