The only thing that puzzles me about this is, regardless of whom you bought it from, if the sale was made in the uk & the item was despatched from a uk address isnt it covered by our own UK selling rights & laws ? Esp the distance selling regs ? in that it didnt fit the description ? I hope paypal sorts this for you greendog talking about chineese companies & the excuses they sometimes give, I came accross a brilliant one on 3fvape's FB page yesterday regarding a 3fvape customer that had a DOA mod from them.....this was their reply: Electromagnetic waves !!!.....who'da thought !! looks like theyre sending a free replacement now.

Distance selling regulations havent been in force for some 18 months or so now, they where replaced with the consumer contract regulations. Main difference was the increase of 14 days to examine goods you purchase and still be able to return if you change your mind, Retailers have to refund within 14 days of you returning the goods or 14 days of you giving them proof you sent the goods back. They can also make deductions if you have used the products more then was necessary for the examination or inspection upon receiving them. They can't refuse a refund if you have used them more than would be expected but they can reduce the refund.
Consumer rights act 2015 has also replaced the SOGA, main points you can now request a refund and reject something if you purchased it and it becomes faulty within 30 days (there never used to be a specified timescale) failed repairs is now set at 1 before you can request a refund. worth taking a read of as theres nothing worse than having an issue and quoting out of date laws and info.

just received today 2 subtanks and an rba from the EU warehouse all comes back as authentic off the checks online, pretty good since I went with the free delivery order about 11pm last night, there a xmass pressie from the other half (I'll tell her that when I hand the box after I've tested one out and told her they were half the price they were ) I wont tell her about the other stuff I already ordered that hasn't arrived yet though she thought the second istick was pricey compared to the cost of baccy so I wont alarm her too much about how much I've spent especially at this time of year..... though in total fairness I've spent more on her stuff so far and we finished buying for the kids a month ago..... yes I know your not supposed to buy your own pressies but seriously I got fed up with socks and underwear 15 years ago and started telling her to just let me sort it out its only taken 14 years for that message to fully sink in both ways (we know what we want) and we still get each other silly gifts on top that are a surprise
