You can knock it all you like but I am convinced the reason I haven`t had a cold/flu in three years since I started vaping is something to do with vaping and I dont think it`s the nicotine Previous to vaping I had a couple of bad colds/flu every winter. Back in the day when this was first discovered (1942 when WW2 was on the go) vaping wasn`t even thought of.

funny thing the up the nose shot they now give to kids for the flu vaccine each year is pg based, some asthma inhalers have been pg based emulsions for years and yes local hospitals did utilise pg in the air con system until it was found to induce chronic respiratory failure in 1 in 1 million people and it got changed for that nasty stuff they now use which gives everyone a dry throat and generally doesn't work either...
the concentrations of pg in e-juice clearly have a good effect even if only anecdotally on those that use them although some are clearly intolerant of the stuff and others have severe allergic reactions to it the numbers are on our side that both pg and vg are good for you when inhaled the problems come about from some of the other stuff that's in the e-juice, I have had a few colds since I started vaping (which given the fact I only completely stopped smoking a short time ago isn't surprising) but those were nowhere near as nasty as in previous years and also very short lived.

"the concentrations of pg in e-juice clearly have a good effect even if only anecdotally" - It's either or. You can't have both in that sentence. You're all in danger of sounding as crackers as the Daily Mail - even if some are posting in fun.

not really, until the lab geeks receive funding for a prolonged research paper to prove what we know complete with funky illustrated graphs and half a forest paper with nothing but lots of words its only anecdotally, no matter how clear as the light of day it is in reality/
much like anyone with a brain knew right from the off that processed muck was bad for the body it was classed as anecdotal hearsay until someone produced a verifiable peer reviewed proof this year that it was in fact true, 30 years of waiting to be told I was right all along ...... and the best bit, governments all around the world knew the dangers before they allowed the populations to be mass poisoned in the pursuit of capitalism in the food industry ....
people knew anecdotally that smoking was bad for health due to the number of smokers that were getting seriously ill for more than a century but it took 40 years for a research grant and another 5 for its results and another 50 years for that to get published, they were still advertising it and promoting it as good for health for years after they knew it wasn't.
it is however not known currently apart from in those who are intolerant or allergic to do anything harmful, so that can only be a good thing.
