I'm sure you have all realised by now that I'm technically inept I bought this www.safercigs.co.uk/Xtar_WP2_II_Li-ion_Charger/p705283_5773951.aspxIs it ok to charge 1 14500 and 1 18650 at the same time? There is a switch on the top next to the output usb (I pressume the output usb is for charging thing off already charged batteries in the charger?) The switch says 0, 0.5A, 1A. Is this the speed of chaging from the USB or is it the speed of charging the batteries from the main? Can I use both at the same time, i.e. charge batteries from the main and plug my e-book or another e-cig into the usb point? Hope this makes sense, please keep any replies very simple Thanks

The charging channels are supposed to be independant so you can charge different size batteries at the same time. The switch controls the speed of charge the device uses and zero is for when you want to have a battery in the left channel you can then use the USB to charge your USB device from the battery not from the mains. I would leave it set at 0.5A to charge batteries with.
As from above, no it wont power anything USB while used as a charger as the USB bit only works from a battery left in the channel not from the mains.
I'm surprised the instructions don't run through all this.

Des, why are you laughing at me? I think its because most people don't read instructions. RTFM = Read The Flaming Manual.

Don't worry, many of these acronyms have multiple meanings. Being a person who avoids using them most of the time so never learned them I have this place bookmarked so I can look them up.

What does a battery need to drop to for this to start charging? Mine is 3.6v reading on the LT but the light is staying green in the charger
