Good find Ron This quote sums uptake debate

Public Health keep calling for evidence - scientists produce it and public health officials say "No not that evidence, we want the evidence that supports us"

Also the the hell are lawyers getting involved with this, and who made them the experts. Their job is to interpret the law, not to make it.

I think it makes sense to ban ecigs in cars where kids are present. Personally I just ban kids from my car so it's all good

Join me here on cynic island. I agree - I think fines, many disproportionate , are a great source of  revenue for Government and beyond. We need to wean our government of it's fine culture
