Christmas Gift Fooked

I'm so stupid sometimes.
Purchased a Wismec RX200 for my son for christmas from dnavapes on the 12th. It arrived with batteries and was all promptly put in the "to wrap cupboard".

So today I thought i'd get all the wrapping sorted. Fully charged the batteries and put into the RX200 to make sure all was well. Fook me, the thing doesn't power up. Checked the batteries in an other mod and all is good with them.  So now i'm  in a jam with what to do for christmas day and a alternate gift. Fook Fook Fook it.

Any one had dealings with returns to DNAVapes.

Push the spring connections up/down a good few times, get them springs moving/loosened up then clean all contacts, maybe with some fine sand paper.

Worth a try.

Possibly a silly question ringading .... but you have tried pressing the fire button five times in quick succession to turn it on?

Yeh tried everything. 

In that case don't mess too much with it, in case you void the warranty.... get on to DNA sharpish...

Yeh, just so pissed at my self. Normally would have checked it on the day I received.  To add to my stupidity I see DNA Vapes are out of stock until the new year.
As doe the DNA i'd need a deal as I bought 4 batteries with the RX so having another 3 whilst nice will be over kill.

Emailed them so hope that they get in touch tomorrow.

Unlucky mate

They sent me a tfv4 mini with a cracked glass and wouldn't accept it was their fault then stopped replying to emails after blaming me lol. Thank f*k their was a replacement one included that was fine.

I know a lot of people deal with them but they've been a no go for me ever since.

Someone had a near miss with some thin cellophane wrapping over their batteries a few days ago - have you checked yours, ringading!?

Maybe worth pressing the fire button and the down button (while the mod is off) for over 5 seconds and seeing if the battery check works, you should get three battery readings. You could also try hitting the fire button over 20 times quickly (with the power off) to see if the firmware check works.

This is an obvious but easy to get wrong, but have you checked that the batteries are installed the correct way.....2 rear pozi down and the front pozi up.?
