hello new(ish) to vaping

just saying hello i've been vaping for 12 days now and have not had a real cig since i started ( i was on 20 a day ) thats the good bit . the bad bit was my choice of e-cig that i will not name but will just say i got it from tesco ok it stopped the cravings but the taste was nasty ...really nasty. all that changed today when i got some e-liquid from vape escape i only went for the gold & silver to start but its still much better i might go for some thing a bit more exotic next time and upgrade to a sd keyring what do ya think ? anyway i've gota go work now so i'll catch you all soon

I'm glad you like the liquid from VE, it goes some way to showing you what's available.

The SD Keyring will be a step up from the Tesco Cig-a-like and should last 2 - 3 times longer, you may want to consider buying 2, with one on charge whilst you use the other. But as you were a 20 a day smoke why not jump up to a Riva kit? A battery charge would last most of the day with great vapour production, the vendors have plenty of Riva kits to choose from. Get cartomisers or a couple of Vision Stardust atomisers and you will not look back, I promise!

The kit will cost about what you spent on nasties in 1 week.

The 10motives aren't very palatable, but I always carry one with me in case of emergencies! Lol.

As a 20 a day smoker, I would suggest you need an e cig such as a Riva that will last longer than an sd keyring, if funds allow.

The SD keyring is a good little e-cig, but I agree with Des & Anne, you would do better getting something like a Riva.

I can see where you all are coming from with the riva but i'm trying to take it one step at a time and the riva looks like a big jump to me at the mo and i think i need a bit of a run up to it so my plan is to still get the sd and use my e-cigs allong side it untill the batterys die on all of them then in a month or 2 move up to the riva when i'm a bit more used to vaping.....hope that makes sence ???

Hi Con, Welcome to the group. Waiting a few months before starting on your next e-cig choice is a good idea, there is a wealth of different types and not everybody likes/gets on with the Riva. Take it all in your own time and move on when your ready, just making the switch to vaping is the main thing.
