Facebook - Why Can't I get the hang of it?

Is it just me, or does anyone else find Facebookache the most user unfriendly format on the internet?

I hardly ever use it, but every now & again it can be useful to get in touch with friends.

A couple of friends asked me to add some new pics to my album today. I did & every pic I tried to add I got a pop up saying there was a problem at the moment

Pics eventually loaded, but also pasted on my Timeline - hello faceache, I only wanted to add the pics to my album - not my timeline

I quite like it tbh, today I've been in touch with friends and relatives in several different countries as well as quite a few in the same county.

I hate it with a passion but the vaping groups, in particular, are really useful for instant information and feedback but almost completely useless for anything longer term.
It's clumsy and slow and never seems to do what you want, how you'd expect it to.

Grrrr.

I am not that big a fan either but I do like some of the games and it's good for keeping tabs on teenagers

No, it's not just you, Chrissie, it is awful! I only started on FB years ago, to play Scrabble with friends, I never actually liked it or spent time posting to it. When it sadly finished a smashing & very friendly closed forum I was part of, that really was the end of it for me.

The family tries hard to get me to look on there, but I don't feel the need. They want contact, then there's the telephone, I like to hear their voices or email for online & wonderful Skype. Today, it's been Skype, several times & it's been perfect.

Its a pain in the arse but its handy for finding vaping related stuff. As for anything else i cant be bothered with it.

I think FB has a negative effect on our Forum and it gets worse each day. God knows why but it seems to be the case
