I should add at this stage that I am responsible for filling, wicking and, where necessary, recoiling her Kayfun Life - she loves her Vaping, but doesn't do technical.

No wonder it wasn't performing to the best of it's ability!
10 minutes, and a new coil and fill up later, and it's back on duty - all good for another week or so, barring the daily fill or two!

oh dear I'm surprised she was getting anything from that surprisingly in this house it's the other way round hubby moans and mumps until I do his altho he is getting better now he's using the subtank mini rba head he's managing to change the cotton on that all by himself altho I still have to check it for him

Pfffft nowt wrong with that quick rinse under the tap and a dry burn be good as new

For an additional Like or two can you tell me which juice was in the offending Kayfun? Regulars will perhaps have read about my wife's preferences in the juice department (that came out all wrong!).
