minime i know you don't want to give out said recipe fair enough but if you want tell me another mix you have had the same problem with and if i have the concentrates i will mix it and you can mix the same i will then send you mine and you can compare the two side by side . i have most things (i think) let me know what brands you have and i will see if i have the same. Or i have just made 2 days ago some of kreeds custard if you have the stuff to make the same i can send you 30 ml so you can try that side by side (will need 4 weeks steep min)

That only leaves the syringes you are using then. You could try getting an empty 10mil bottle and do your 8% 8% 2% 2% mix using PG to not waste your flavours as you would when making your mix up for a 30mil bottle of ejuice. It should come to just over half way in the 10mil bottle, if not then its your syringe or the way you are reading them.
This like has been said is a mixers Sherlock Holmes thing.

Are you using the same size syringes for PG/VG/Nic and Concentrates. Long shot but if you are using smaller syringes for the flavourings, its possible that the digits do not represent ml?

Hope this is the problem if it is I could snog you lot lol.

Gratz glad you got there is the end.
Little tip if you are going to use VG in a syringe pull the plunger out and fill it from that end. Then just put the plunger back in and push.

i take it you use the same syringe for say concentrates every mix then a different one for the vg and so on ????? not the same one for everything.

I use predominantly 1 x 10ml and 1 x 50ml syringe for all my mixes. I just have a bowl of hot water in the sink and flush them out thoroughly between uses. I've never had any problems with this method, and the 10ml syringe must be at least 9 months old! I should add that for larger mixes I have a couple of plastic mixing beakers for the PG and VG

Did I win?
I'd love to say that my idea came from being a master detective and not that I had done it many a time prior.
