As based on the your description of the problem it may be possible have you ordered or been sent the wrong stuff- for example polyethylene glycol or mono ethylene glycol

As Perpetua mentioned minime, post your recipe up so that we can take a look; it might be something obvious, it might not.
Could you let us know where you obtain your PG, VG and nic base from? And your concentrates? Sometimes it has been known for unscruplous vendors to rebottle concentrates and relabel them - not saying that this is what's happened, but knowing where you get yours from would help us to help you.
A copy of the recipe in whatever format would be really useful though

Tbh I cannot post the recipe because the guy that gave it to me doesn't want to share it but I will send it to someone by PM to have a look at.

Could you put up a screen shot of your recipe page? I know you don't want to give out the recipe, so you could blank out the ingredient names or just leave the names as generic flavour 1, 2, 3 etc. I'm wondering if you have the parameters set right, especially the nic juice at the top. Just a wild guess.

Please add up and post the total percent of flavouring you are using
This can be represented by percent of flavouring in the finished mix or the number of ml of flavouring per bottle- please give finished mix size

Respecting minime's desire to keep the recipe secret, he has posted it to me via PM. There are actually two different ones, and I'll refer to them as 1 and 2.

R1 has a total of 15% flavouring (8%, 4%, 3%), and as it contains a creamy ingredient, it was suggested to steep for 2 weeks; personally I would give this at least a month, but by the end of 2 weeks the flavours should be coming through nicely.

R2 has a total of 20% (8%, 8%, 2%, 2%) and as all are fruits, it should be good to go after a few days.

All good quality well-respected flavourings (all from the same manufacturer), so no problems there.

I'm completely baffled by this, and I do think that a quick look at the recipe sheet with flavourings blanked or renamed to respect anonimity would be the only other possible thing that might throw up an anomaly - bit like Sherlock Holmes, this!!

I would if minime agreed get him to send the mix's via pm to one of the members who are known for mixing and get them to knock up a batch
and see how they get on, other than that we are all just stabbing in the dark. At least if that was done and it came out as a good mix we then know the
mix works.
But said member MUST respect the fact that the mix HAS TO BE kept QUIET.

I was going to go a little further . . . . and suggest that minime , who hopefully has a mixing/vaping acquaintance near to hand - both make up the same recipe, using the exact same ingredients that he has and is currently using. Or he sends one of us sufficient supplies to make something up, if the first option isn't feasible.

Doesn't matter whether it's this ' secret ' recipe or not, as this has been an ongoing issue with just about everything I've known him to make.

It's down to a process of elimination now, whether it's user error or another factor . . . . . my money is on inaccurate measuring.

Unless you are using a very thin insulin type syringe for flavourings and mistaking the smaller lines marking 0.01ml on the syringe for 0.1ml spacing then I am also completely baffled

I would guess after all this it is the mix calculator or the syringes minime is using.
I know 20% flavour should give a good strength of favour and minime is not getting it so here goes to check your
Calculator just make a 30mil mix up in it with 20% flavour .The amount of flavour it says you should use is 6mil if not your
calculator is not working right.

I know this may sound silly but ill chuck it out there anyways, sorry minime.
You are not using a 1mil syringe for your flavours and counting the .1 of a mil as 1mil ,that would account for the weak flavour.

They are the only two things I can think of that would make for a very weak mix.

Yep 6ml concentrate in a 20% mix 30ml quantity I'm beginning to think it's a bloody mind thing lol.
