One more puff....

OK, so with a cig you light it, take x puffs, then it's done and you stub it out. With vaping there is no 'end point'. Does anyone else find themselves saying "just one more puff...."?

Oh yes! Most of the time in fact. I love the flavour of my juice, but if I get one puff that doesn't quite hit the sweet spot then I'll keep going until I get one that does!

I have wondered if I've been overdoing it, but I feel fine and don't get the vivid colourful dreams that I got when I had patches that were too strong.

Yes, especially if the flavour is a fruity one, like the Strawberry I am vaping now, all day I have been saying to myself, just use what you have in the carto and don't fill again, that never happens, it is such a lovely vape I can't put it down for more than 30 mins. No problems with the higher nic ones, can't vape them for long tastes too much like the nasties.

I cut the nic content down at night so as I can chain vape comfortably

I wouldn't worry too much about overvaping if you start to feel nauseous, jittery or otherwise unwell stop for a bit maybe drink a bit water or a pint of the stuff then go back to it when you feel better. The tricky one is if you get a headache cos that could be down to too little nic /nasty chemicals , too much nic , the pg dehydrating you with that one you just have to kinda guess but don't worry in my experience the headaches don'tlast long and like anything with vaping you may not get them as we are all different.

I'VE also found recently that I don't vape as much as I did when I started so even if you are puffing like a dragon it won't be forever and if it helps you cut down on quit those nasty nasties then its all good really

I've haven't had any of the 'overvaping symptoms' nothing compared to chain smoking symptoms

I over vape all the time, and love it It did take time to get used to there being no end to a ecig, and at the begining i used to time myself and then put it down but i dont bother now

If i smoked to much i would get dizzy but havent had any effects of over vaping Or over spending, i let hubby do that

Thats the beauty of finding a flavour you love! to combat this I get it in lower strengths as well so that I can alter how much I am having but because I chain vape so much I stick to the lower end....buying new bits to go with it now is a different matter!

Ah . . . a shopping thread.

I vape continously if I can Oneday . . . and don't even think about a beginning/ending to a vape as it's so enjoyable, like Karma I've cut my nicotine content so that I can do that without any unwanted effects.
