Warning about Vapresso Target ceramic coils

Without all the hard facts this is what can be drawn from his announcement..

1. Large vendor who obviously go's above and beyond most, has decided to have an independent examination of these coils.
2. Results are conclusive of toxic elements. If anyone feels that toxic isn't enough of a concern, please check a dictionary.
3. Vendor contacts Grimm to warn of found results. Vendor & Grimm have nothing to gain by sharing these findings.
4. Vendor will follow up with further tests at their expense to obtain conclusive evidence. One would assume a toxicity breakdown would then be announced.

I for one am always grateful for information like this. I would stress thats its only information at this stage, but with credible & probable cause for concern imo.

Okay so far, apparantly magnesium oxide (used in sufficient quantities) is used in medicines as a laxative. I am happy to report that since I`ve been vaping with it I have been totally regular so I cant vouch for it`s effectiveness

As this is all speculation so far, I am gonna speculate that this is another diecytal type scare, extreme quantities aren`t good for you, just like getting dry burns on nickel coils aren`t good for you etc etc etc

From Psardos page today. It seems that he was contacted about the PERFORMANCE of the coils before the POTENTIAL problem by the same vendor.

No not really a major concern.

Toxicity is dependent on many factors such as dosage and method of exposure, water is toxic in the correct dosage, other substances can be perfectly harmless when absorbed into the bloodstream through the skin or lungs but absolutely deadly if ingested via the gut.
Also some substances are extremely toxic as elements or in certain compounds but completely harmless in other compound forms.

The word toxic in this video tells us absolutely nothing.

Is it too much of a leap of the imagination to think that the lab that tested the coils may have used the word toxic in direct reference to the actual usage of what they were testing?

Your obviously right, levels have relevance as always. But my post was to try and simplify the vendors reasoning for informing Grimm. Thats why I said concern and not dangererous!

Really too much secrecy involved in who tested it, who the vendor was and what the problem potentially was. Strange timeline from when the vendor complained about the performance and then days or weeks later was concerned about potential toxicity. Why the secrecy?, lots of vapers using these and if there is a potential problem they should have informed vapers about it FULLY.
