Warning about Vapresso Target ceramic coils

Ummm I smell a rat on this one. A vendor sends an email to one reviewer after one test, saying we have commissioned another test but don't have the result yet, smacks of manipulation of the truth going on here. If said vendor was so certain about the results, why not claim the credit for saving the planet?

I am going to wait awhile and see what develop's , it shouldn't take long to get to the truth. And wouldn't surprise me at all if it is infact someone just pissed that they have been beaten to the next big thing!

A lot of money to be made if this works as well as the reports till now.

To what gain? 

Promotion and free advertising of said vendor.  Clearly they are not so certain or confident enough to come out publicly, for fear of ridicule if the results don't stack up to the hype.  So why leak it at all, if they are not certain of the results?  I wonder if they didn't get the franchise to sell these things?  Or worse are something to do with the other new kid on the block the no coil atty people.

This could be a reason, but the LARGE vendor in question would have to be all sorts of dumb to lay down such a claim knowing that this can also be scientifically rebuttled if untrue. Not to mention the loss of credibility and reputation that could affect future business.

Exactly what I just said. Unless they are certain of the claims why say anything to anyone? I for one will remain sceptical of the claims until the evidence is published to prove the claim. To let one blogger reveal it in the way he did smacks of shady dealings. I don't have one, but it wouldn't put me off getting one, lets put it that way.

Agree that its information at this stage and needs more clarification. This has the potential to be both right and bullshit at the same time. But the sensible course of action for the less carefree is to hold off until clarification.

During my studies at university we were warned never to take just once source as definitive proof, if there are more then yes it is a concern but as it stands I will ignore this and consider it scaremongering

How would making shit up equal promotion or advertising? Same question regarding staying incognito. Grimm is a well respected independent reviewer who also has nothing to gain.

This isn`t about Grimm, he is just acting on info received from a vendor who wants to remain secret. If he is sure about his facts, or has any info he should be putting it in the public domain along with his name. If it`s kosha, he has nothing to lose and brownie points to gain.

I couldn't really care about who the vendor is to be honest it's the complete vagueness about what is supposedly in these coils that got me.

Fair play to Grimm for mentioning it (eventually) - i have some of the coil heads due from FT - but having to go the long way round - sent to me Ma in Ireland (freepost) and then her sending them to me in China (as FT don't deliver to China ) - so by the time i get them all this should be cleared up

But then again - i also ordered a kit from taobao, about an hour before the OP, which should arrive this week, so that i can have a lighter alternative to the Realeaux, and to try the Ceramics in the Furytank 2 i'm hoping to get when i visit Anyvape
