wismec dna 200

just bought a wismec dna 200 from a b&m for the loverly price of £110
want to know if this is a good deal as I want to buy one for my son in law
done the authenticity code it says its a good one, but because i bought cheap I am wondering if there are cloned versions out there. is there any way of knowing for sure its genuine as i have yet to see any clone out there and all the signs say its good

Good price from a B&M you can save £30-35 from China, obviously comes with no back up/warranty/help, great mod..... Just chucked my RX200 in the bin, POS and a subject for another day me thinks...!

Where can you save the money?  And what was wrong with the RX?

This thread, page 2-3 with e packet was a little over £75 is where I got mine.

The RX was alright for a while then kept telling me atomiser too low every few puffs regardless of wire type/tank, all well within range. Cleaned 510, took batteries our, gave it last warning, didn't listen so bin it went.

Did you contact ROLO for an explanation or a replacement letsavit . Even if it's cheap it's best to let them know that there may be a problem with some of their products?

From moonvapes I take it, as someone said I'm not sure on warranty at that price but Evolv are always willing to help.. I doubt there are any clone versions as the rx200 is priced too good.. If it works with Escribe it is authentic.

should be good, tbere were a few online shops selling them for £105 to £113.

Download the latest version of Escribe and update the chip. Also make sure that the mod isn't on default DNA200 settings by installing the wismec profile on their website.

would also recommend signing up to the evolve forum there are plenty of newb rolo setup threads, basic battery profiles for 25Rs and custom screen tips.

Does the Rolo DNA 200 have preset temp profiles accessible without the Escribe software ? As the RX200 does.

Just ni200 and the preheat will be @ 200w .. you will have to go on escribe to make custom profiles..

Aye I thought that was the case. I'll just have to wait for Evolv to get their finger out and produce a Mac version for the Escribe Software

Chip shortage but they will be back in stock, been checking the site every day.
