Just having a bad day

Started a few night's ago with head symptoms (I have mental health probs)....

Yesterday spent in bed with head symptoms...

Last night climbing the walls (not literally) and busting my thumb open on a can of rice pudding . Last time I did that it was January and I did it trying to make a tank LOL

Anyhow

Get over all that nonsense and then....

Pull my back washing up of all things just as the plumber turns up to unblock loo

And now lost lavatube (

and yes am hormonal and don't mention the general hospital :eek:

When anyone gets stressed for *whatever* reason(s), sit or lie down, close the eyes, consciously relax every part of the body bit by bit starting with the face and working down while breathing slowly. All concentration should go on relaxing the muscles and nothing else. No harm in giving it a go.

Yeah I know....

Found lavatube....... so today is going to be better

Had slipped under the sofa ....Love the sofa but so many things have slipped between the cushions and under it it has to go at some point.

Didn't sleep well cos pulled back and didn't take painkillers before bed but hey ho......

Feeling better now I have my beloved LT

You say you feel hormonal, make sure you get your thyroid function tested, stopping smoking can trigger problems, certain medications can also cause problems. When mine goes haywire it doesn't just affect my physical health but my mental health too!
