It's a fact of life that we all die. Some good people sooner than bad people who seem to cling to life as long as possible to inflict themselves on others.
Anyway to the point.
What music will you have when you finally cross? Sombre, nostalgic, humorous?
Well I want to make sure everyone is crying and wailing with grief (I'm lovely.)
My music will be this:
Flooers O The Forest sung by Isla st Clair The Dark Isle (pipes) Flower of Scotland (pipes)
And finally as I leave...
Hieland Laddie/Black Bear.
I want all pipes and drums performed by The Royal Highland Regiment, The Black Watch.
I appreciate the cost will be high but I'll be dead so not my problem. Let the other ******* pay otherwise I'll haunt them.
Anyone else?

We had Johnny Cash's "Ring of Fire" for my dad as he went through the curtains in the crematorium He was a big fan and would have appreciated it

We All Stand Together (The Frog Chorus) & everyone has to bob up & down to that & I'll haunt anyone that doesn't. Followed by Arthur Brown's 'Fire'. Four friends & myself had just been to another friend's cremation & all rather understandably choked up. We got in my car, I started her up & the tape came on automatically & unbelievably it was 'Fire' that blasted out. We all dissolved into some sick laughter, but we knew that James would have seen the funny side. It was then that I chose that for my curtain closer.

Yes RangersBillyBoy, Dark Island for me too, followed by Highland Cathedral. Probably go out with the Barren Rocks of Aden.

Nice and brief for me... Only the opening guitar solo from Coming Back to Life by Pink Floyd, preferably the live version. It can fade out right before Dave starts to sing.

This was actually refused as a request from a late friend of mine by the vicar. Oh well. But we *kinda* hummed it on the way out after the service. His wife was really thankful, as he was a non-stop joker/prankster and a Queen fan.
