I had problem with FT with a 40w TC Istick, it would not hold charge, after couple of weeks of the delayed emails back and forwards they agreed to pay for it's return, all went well and I have replacement sitting here now, all credit to them did not expect that.
I got usual weekly delivery from them last week, included was a carto tank, $5 so you know it's going to be crap, but anyway this thing was awlful, full of metal swarth, cleaned it out, stuck in ultrasonic cleaner, on reassembly large piece of plastic broke off end, so decided to send email to customer services, stating above but saying credit if possible not got camera for close up pics, if not write off as faulty item no bad feeling to FT, it's not worth time or energy to get involved with return on £3 item.
So I await their reply, I expect positive as I have never had any bad dealings with them.
I'll keep you informed if interested, guess most wont be lol.

Reply within 12 hours, offering me refund, no talk of returning. Good service, they got my business for the future. Pity others would not learn from this MP

I am certainly interested to know about that. Confidence abounds, because I have 2 orders with them....no yet delivered as used free snail mail.
Am considering the TC 60W with plug in battery. Don't need any soldering iron action on this stuff really.

I have only had one problem with FT which was a totally useless box that arrived broken. Anyway went through the usual emails, photo's sent, and was surprised that they wanted it sending back. Anyway they agreed to pay untracked cheapest postage back to china. Initially they said that they would ship replacement on receipt in China. Another email to point out that this would mean unacceptable wait as it was going slow boat to China and slow boat back to me, and this was a xmas present. Anyway they agreed if I sent picture of postage receipt they would ship replacement, which they did. They also refunded my postage and a percentage as compensation. All relatively painless and amicably dealt with. Just a pain to have to do it in the first place, but it was good to know that it's not too bad a performance if you have to do it.

I'm just off to the post office to return an unwanted gift my OH bought me for xmas, UK company but returns policy was 2 weeks to return from reciept, we emailed them within that time, week and half later got reply that we were out of time, sent email pointing out we were in time, their reply delayed it, so today it's going back with a return number, 2 weeks over christmas period, come on, lucky it did not arrive until christmas eve. At least I not got to get into court battle stating distance selling etc. If you want to know it was groupon who just act as middle man to a supplier.

I estimate it's about $7-$8 for a refund without return from FT... any more it's the pictures, video etc exchange waffle before return.

only ever had one faulty item from the that was a sub tank base the bottom of the atty was cut at a angle so it did not sit strait sent them 1 email with pics showing the prob and got email back saying they would replace it,would i like them to send now or add to next order added to next order and all was good fast tech is my most used hardware supplier and my only dislike is how long stuff can take to come but if you want it cheap you gotta wait i think they should make posty stalking an Olympic sport vapers would win gold

I have to say that in my experience FT have always been pretty good with returns. I had a Hotcig made Hana clone mod crap out on me after a couple of months of use and they took it back and replaced it no problems.

Overall looks like they have good reputation not only with me but others, do they have vendor status on here, or is it something they have to apply for ?

My memory is fuzzy but I remember they had vendor status but got banned after repeatedly posting deals outside of the vendors board.
