This is just one example of why I want another job. Arrived in work this afternoon, saw the floor manager, no hello or how was your morning. Just, Can you do this job and we have to cut hours you have tomorrow off now (unpaid).

How I have missed the love only found here

I spent my unexpected day off very wisely......spent most of the day doing research and preparing for my interview this week. TBH B&M won't miss me, there are always other mugs queuing up for jobs.

Q I am sure I can still sort a cake out somehow for our next vape meet.

You're correct that they won't miss you.
You're customer focused, go the extra mile and intelligent. Totally against the ethos that I've found in this store in my opinion.

Thank you Andy and another thank you for all your support. My interview is on Tuesday (my day off). Only the assistant manager knows I have an interview coming up and he doesn't know when or where it is, I had to ask someone if they would give me a reference or I wouldn't have said anything. If I don't get this job there will be others, hopefully sooner rather than later.
