I have read people worrying about different case analyser results with a sleeve on.
Actually I have had the res change in the morning with ribbon sleeper coils in a origenny and cured it by really tightening down the coils ground with a proper Allen key as was already tight with a hex driver so don't rule out a less than perfect connection. Yes it cleared firing once a bit like yours.
YMMV

I hear what your saying but I've noticed this quite often now. I'm quite over zealous if anything tightening the grub screws. Oh well I'll keep looking at things

So I just took my tank off one rolo wich was working fine at 45w 450F and put it on my other rolo that was charged last night but hasn't been used all day. Same settings and bam it hits tc almost immediately. Again I briefly disconnect one battery then all works fine after. I then put my tank on my foggatti which has just come off charge at the same settings. The foggatti had no problems from the get go. It looks like the rolos definitely have something strange going on after being charged. Yes I can briefly disconnect a battery after each cycle of charging but I don't think I should have to. Gawd now I'm wondering about all the different grades of ss I've thrown in the bin after testing as it was probably the fault of my rolos all the time Nightmare

I think I'll try your case thermals VapingBad just to see if that makes a difference

I have similar issues, not just after charging either. I put the question on the evolve forum and Vaping Bad suggested an earth fault, possibly a screw under the battery tray.
I've been through a fair few metres of titanium wire with builds that vape consistently on my SDNA200s but have been all over the place on the rolo.

Yes I've already inputted the same thermals as you VapingBad Think I found them when I first got the mods. Right well it looks like it ain't perfect then. I'll just have to briefly disconnect the one battery every time I've charged as that seems to put things straight. Or external charge which is a shame

Hmmm now here's a thing Ive found if I leave the rolo on it's side exposing the bottom vent holes that the tc seems to stay on spec after USB charging . It's early days but I will continue doing this with one and not the other for a while and see if it is really correcting the problem

If leaving it on it's side while charging solves the problem then happy days I'll keep this thread informed

Hmmm well I left it over night standing up in a silicone case and all seems fine I'm a bit baffled now Maybe it is using ss as it's very hard and does need a very good tighten. I'm going to try using Nife30 next week but I'll definitely be keeping an eye on this serial nightmare

Well I still havent got to the bottom of this problem. It's occasional and even happens without charging. Both my Rolo DNA200's go weird in tc with whatever wire I use. Very occasionally like once every two days or something it just hits max tc far too quickly. I disconnect the one battery briefly then it's fine. 2 rolos from 2 different vendors. Ive learned to live with it now but it's definitely happening so I thought I'd share

jtc VapingBad seeing your comment on the air holes made me thing of this www.fasttech.com/product/4208300a slight modification with a scalpel and/or a soldering iron would allow the air holes to be channelled through the base to the side and thus get rid of the problem of blocking them off (make a single cut outwards from the centre point in the existing slit to the edge of the case (total of 4 slits) then prevent ripping by dragging the soldering iron along it sealing the edges or extend them at end nearest the outer case area so that you create an air channel through the sleeve, not elegant but perhaps it would fix the equalisation problem caused when its standing up ..... or if your not using a sleeve then get a piece of rubber (felt card whatever) and cut it to the shape of a cross (+) so it fits between the air slots on the base and fix in place with either magnets or a dab of super glue the mod retains its balance but exposes the air vents in either case

I've stopped using the cases but mine had holes already cut. It seems there's no specifics to this happening and I've tried a few avenues now. It's an occasional problem so hard to pinpoint. I'd say less frequent by not using a case whilst charging. On testing a new wire with the rolo though, it's definitely worth briefly disconnecting the one battery before hand. Thanks for your input anyway mate
