Guys,

Anyone driving or out and about today please take care.

Here in Cornwall it is horrendous.

Observe the usual:

Defensive driving.
Keep your speed down.
Beware of debris on the roads.
Beware or surface water.
Increase stopping distances.
Use headlights (they serve a purpose.)
Think ahead and leave time for your journey.

Cornwall only: 
Beware of other road users. Possibly the worst standard of driving I've ever seen.

Not working today thankfully - we've already lost one fence panel which has been totally destroyed so will have to be completely replaced. We are a straight line in from the sea so theres nothing in between to take the power out of the gusts of wind which have been reaching 80mph here.

The rain during the night was torrential along with gale force winds. Rain has eased off a tad but still very windy.

Bleddy awful here in Brittany, although the sun is out again, you can't actually stand up & risk on & off either being drowned or hurt by hailstones.

I don't know about wetter, but year on year, it is certainly getting windier.

The weather has been bleddy awful here as well since 1 am this morning. Got woken up by the sound of our roof tiles rattling (very disconcerting) apparently they're screwed on. The sound of rain and hail crashing (it was that loud) against the window and thunder & lightning. It's still very blowy and was still rattling the roof tiles up to about a hour ago.








Whoever left that Silver car parked there is going to regret it!
