Hi so i sent for 2 UWELL crown tanks from ukecig and got one they are sending the missing item now but i am now in two minds if i should keep them as from a lot of post say the rba is a bit hit and miss and eat juice like water also the pre made coils are ok but some have had problems with them so do i stick or twist and get rid of them
thanks for any help
ps i have a
eVic VTC mini and a KBOX mini Platinum
will they even be any good in them two
i have sent for a set of 1.2 single coils so i mite at least have a normal vape if nothing else works out hmm

the crown is my number 1 tank for flavor. also bought a spare. i live just around the corner from uk e cig (sadly) and they are fine with buying in store but there have been tons of nightmare stories when buying online going back 2 years or so.
now yes, personally i have had issues with the 0.25 coils. 3 in the box lasted 5 days even though rated upto 120watts they just burnt out at max 55watts. gone through 4 boxes now and some coils are lasting 2-3 weeks so it looks like i just had duff boxes.
max i still run at is 55watts and its a great taste and cloud but it does like eating juice like any other tank at high temps.
another good tank is the aspire cleito which also has great taste.
looking at both your mods they are max 60watts. ive not used the 1.2 coils so not sure what max temp they are rated at. ive used my crown on my single battery istick60TC and it lasts just over 1 hour at 55watts.

I use a Crown with 0.25 coils (60-95W.) Great flavour. It does NOT guzzle juice. I have the occasional leak though.
I've had the same coil in for four weeks and it's still going strong.
My TFV4 on the other hand..... drinks juice for fun
The Crown in my opinion is a very good tank.

I use my crown with the .5 coils at 45w and it's great. A good battery like a sammy 25r in my mini can last me up to 3 hours

I have an istick 60 MrDJ and for the price it is a fair mod, the evic mini will knock spots of it for battery efficiency. I can get a full 24 hours from the evic with a TFV4 mini at 30watts but the istick will throw the towel in after about 12 hours with the same set up. IMO the Evic mini is the most efficient single battery mod I have owned. Just ordered a Crown from FT so it won't be here for a few weeks, but looking forward to trying it. Well for £12 it would have been rude not to give it a try. Looking for something to kick a Crius of the number one spot in my line up.

0.25 at 55watts
never had a leak once so far. my main juice in the crown is milk man which is 80/20 so that might be why i can go above 55watts. my tvf4 is still good at 80watts and the uwell rafale goes upto 110watt with no burning but still not as much taste as the crown.
sounds like the evic mini is a good mod then. i only use my nautilus on the i60 now and it lasts a good 2-3 days at 14watts.

I wouldn't want to be using a TFV4 and expensive pre made juice, wouldnae be long in putting yer lights oot ! Ok if you mix your own, just reach under the sink and pull out another 100ml bottle and get on with it.

I have literally just now found a bottle of Yorkshire Vapor Butterscotch Custard. It must have been in this hiding place for about 12 months. Rich deep brown colour. I couldnae resist sticking it into the TFV4. Orgasm? Yep!!! Best custard I've ever tried.

with 2 on the way, try 1 and then decide I have one, im not impressed with the price of off the shelf coils, and having pulled a spent Ni200 coil apart to discover that the cotton is applied with a number of thin sheet wraps one of which is sandwiched between the outside shell and an inner steel clip that defeats my basic attempts to remove I dont think these will make an easy diy recoil?? Not tried the rba yet, not even googled for a successful built vid to follow, though i will need to soon as im running out of off the shelf coils. That said its a great tank for flavour, hasnt leaked on me, and i had it sat doing nothing for a good few weeks,in my limited experience most tank attys will weep a little and gurgle requiring a blow out to clear when stood full for a few weeks. Lookwise imho its gnarled steel features are reminiscent of the cheaper brass/chrome attys making it a lil fugly.. But i always opt for function over presentation am puffing it now with LiQuid lemon sherbert the same 50/50 juice that sat in it comfortably for weeks..

I did stick in an RBA kit for the crown with my FT order phatfil as I prefer to build my own and the cost of stock coils is becoming very off putting for me along with the fact that there's usually one or two in a pack that are duff from the word go. Although the reports of that were more common with aspire heads, the problem can be had with other heads. Again, selling RBA heads is a sore point with me also, if your buying a tank then it should come with ALL possible coil options, not use the RBA head as an add on additional money spinner. I would agree that all tanks have the ability to leak a little if left standing unused for a period of time but I've found with a Crius, closing of the juice control eliminates this and I would assume the same would apply to most tanks with juice control.
