Not much to worry about IMO chill, but nothing wrong with trying to avoid them either it is like diet in that some things may or may not be better or worse, but IMO there is no proof that we should worry at the levels we could consume or proof they are harmless largely because that would be nearly impossible to prove.

As an alternative to add a creamy taste to flavourings, Butyric Acid may now be used - the effects of inhalation are unknown to the best of my knowledge, additionally it tastes not very pleasant and rather waxy. N-Butyric acid is what gives cheese its mature flavour, either naturally by the anaerobic bacteria in milk or added to fast track the process. Not to mention that its the chemical that gives sweaty feet that cheesy smell and plays its part in the smell of decomposing corpses
