velocity post style attys are generally accepted as easy to build on and its a well regarded atty too so a velocity might be a good one.. but there are othger options with the similar deck if that does not appeal.

I am currently loving my snapdragon clone but the drip tip is a tad smaller than a standard 510 tho tapered not oring sealed 510 drip tips do fit in ..

I also like the vortice and it can be built with a single or dual coil it comes with a 2nd afc for the single coil option to guide the air in at one side only.. as well as a bf pin option for squonking

Glacier V2, 23mm, two post design but four holes, big ones too. It's worth paying a bit more for a good quality one too imo. I've had my fair share of clones in the past but have started buying legit and the quality is superb. I'm really liking vaperzcloud stuff especially due to the price, quality and customer service.
