Hello liz2009 and welcome to the forum

Two terms you will hear about on here are mouth to lung (MTL) and is like smoking - you draw the vapour into your mouth then sook it down into the lungs,
then there is direct lung inhale where you basically sook the vapour straight into your lungs, as if you have just breathed it straight in.
The method kind of dictates what kind of kit you will be looking for.
The stuff the vape shop is trying to sell you is more designed for lung inhaling and as decoy said it might be a bit overpowering as a beginner to say the least.
Can you not get yourself down to gill2009 and she can give you a wee shot of different set ups ?
