I used to be a very heavy smoker ( of 36 years standing ) . . . . who come the finish was chugging their way through 40/50 ciggies a day.

The epitome of a Fag Ash Lil I was.

It'll be 6 years come April since I sparked up - so thanks to ecigs/vaping, miracles have been possible in my world.

Well done to whoever nagged you, liz2009 , you may not think so at the moment, but they've done you a big favour, from which you won't look back.  

You may give them a slap when you contract shinyitis though.  That being said, don't skimp on your first lot to get you going & get two of everything.
