I also had a package bought from a lovely forum member go missing in the hands of the royal fail @spikeyfridge and all through we had lovely communication I was offered a refund just days after it being sent but I asked to wait the 10 working days and when it didn't arrive after that I was swiftly refunded in full she's a credit to this forum. I agree communication is paramount and as we all know things do go wrong but atleast talk to the person and not ignore pm's I hope it's all been a big misunderstanding but I don't see how you can log on 3 days ago and not bother to answer pm's if you are an honest person.

Yes, I know, it's the principle.

But I'm feeling a bit guilty that I might have gone over the top. Ridicule is perilously close to bullying, and just because someone is asking for it doesn't mean you should deliver it.

Do you think I should replace my original post with a nice picture of a thoughtful gibbon, @spikeyfridge ?

No, you've been honest from your point of view and entertained many people. I'm hoping teethcv will put his view across too.
Met him at vapefest last year and seemed a decent guy.
I know its frustrating and it rankles, happened to me too a while back.

jtc do you mean you aren't getting notification emails about PM's or that you aren't seeing the notification bubble on the profile tab?

Both but I use Tapatalk because otherwise I can't upload pics from my note 4.
I'll try find some settings again though

I think Lee will see the funny side and hopefully just an oversight on his part or something unavoidable.

Got to say that I've met him a few times and always found him to be a great bloke - although I know he did go through a difficult time not long ago.

Hopefully he'll get everything sorted out for you
