Last time I used FF on occasion it would open up and remind you that you needed to update certain addons ... flash being one of them , maybe your FF is out of date and needs replacing again lol  |

Doesn't FF update automatically . . . although I may have done one yesterday, I dunno . . . beyond me this gubbins. Give me a GB to organise any day. Macca is like grease lightening on a keyboard, never seen anything like it!  |

I have , my daughter , she is sh*t hot on photoshop , granted she is a graphic designer , but at a tender age of 14-15 she was running her pc her mac and her laptop all at the same time whilst holding a conversation with me and her mum , lmao , all I can say is I taught her well  |

Last time I used remote DT to help anyone it was so slow , I think we are talking dial-up here , it wasn't worth it , I haven't bothered since so a big well done to macca

It's second nature to the youngsters isn't it Storm . . . a fossil like me it's a different matter.  Phenomenal Macca was, went through me gubbins like a dose of salts! |

Sounds well errr I hardly use my laptop now but for some reason if Java was updated I would have no sound, system would say something like no soundcard or summat, would have to do a restore to get sound back, most annoying |

I did a Java update as well Sandra . . . infact I did a ton of updates that I'd been putting off . . . because they're so boring. |

I had Dell doing stuff on one of my laptops t'other day (I thought it was overheating, still do [obviously not the Asus, Macca]), they were ever so slow but said there was "lag". But I watched a young girl texting (on the telly of course) and her thumb was going so fast I couldn't follow it Updates are a pain in the bum >  |
