This stuff safe?

Very cheap vg m.ebay.co.uk/itm/140540218141?_mwBanner=1 I can get good vg at boots almost as cheap just recieved 500mls is this stuff just as good? Packaging was professional and has a foil seal but the label has the quality of a pirate dvd from back in the day

while im not qualified to comment on the vendor or product, it might interest you to know that the klasic kool or whatever it is i got from a recommended amazon vendor has a label printed with what looks like a watered down inkjet cartridge.. and runs with the slightest drip..

Thats the same stuff i use its fine, the warnings are a bit over the top though as i used some for a chesty cough.
