hello to everyone

my husband and i have just started vaping together to give up the ol sticks

he seems to be enjoying it but im getting dizzy with mine was wondering if im maybe vaping too high nioctine? its only -10mg but i just cannot stand the taste of it so switched to a fruit flavour which is better but im still dizzy

any advice?

dizzy spells will be as said too high nicotine.
most of us gave up using 18mg but cut down after a few weeks to 12 then 6mg
ive been on 3mg or zero now for almost a year because i chain vape.

is yours a mouth to lung setup or a direct to lung sub ohm intake.

I would try 6mg see how you get on with that.

ive never heard of that make before but im guessing its this kit youve got so a ego pen type www.amazon.co.uk/LiquiPal-Squared-Cigarette-Starter-Kit/dp/B00SHLZ612

there are hundreds of juice suppliers out there but with that setup make sure you buy 50/50 mix of VG and PG (its the main ingredients that make up the e liquid).
a lot of suppliers will advertise mixtures of 70vg/30pg as this is better for sub ohm tanks to make bigger clouds but you can ask or leave a not on the order form for a 50/50 mixture which works much better in those pen types.

what sorts of flavors are you hoping to try out as its endless. give us a clue and we can point you in the right direction.

yes thats the one exacctly-thankyou i had no idea about the mix in liquids we were just going on a recoomendation from a friend

im trying out a pear drop one which isnt tood bad i like sweet things and chocolate mostly
