Blackberry Delight

Been steeping this one for 2 weeks and it's delicious:

Blackberry Delight
Totally Wicked Gold Standard Blackberry - 8%
FlavourArt Marzipan - 4%
T-Juice Pomme Pom - 3%
Flavour Apprentice Orange Cream - 2%
Flavour Apprentice Smooth - 1%
Sweetener - 1%

I was using the blackberry as a stand alone juice but I found it a bit sharp on its own, so decided to cut down the percentage and use it as the main ingredient in a mix. Now it is a nice smooth tasting blackberry without the sharpness it had before with just slight undertones of the other flavours.

Well I wasn't all that impressed with T-Juice's Pomme Pom as a standalone so I reckoned it would get better use by adding it to a multi-mix instead. The bottle was just sitting in my cupboard for ages.

Well toots it sounds like we share a similar flavor profile - I use blackberry or apple and "additions" in most of my current recipes. In the past few months I've used TFA Blackberry in conjunction with watermelon, lemon/lime, lemonade and lemon sherbert, with the addition of ethyl maltol, and it really "hits the spot"! I really need to start posting some of my recipes!
