Had one of these KF V3's Clones for about a month. Fiddly screws for coil connection but worked real good till leaky stuff happened...about 3 weeks. Fitted new coil (1.2K) and encountered frequent shorting/low res. Ensured no coil wire was exceeding the screw post edges. Still ad hoc shorts.
Looked at it all again and observed coil post/screws to chimney case. Appears very close....too close. Grabbed long nose pliers and squeezed top of coil posts a little. Result - no shorts/low res.
Squeezing that lot likely causes a later problem..trash can notified of future invasion?
Get what you pay for...I know!

It's a funny thing and a bit of a gamble with clones isn't it.
I've had some that found their way into the bin pretty much straight away.
On the other hand I've still got a Taifun GT11 Clone that has performed flawlessly
since I've had it and that's way over a year.
All bit of a lottery I guess.

I think its largely the inconsistency of batch tooling or the original design is inadequate..check and adjust?

Was also the same with the big V4. Was a bit over complicated.

Whenever I put my tyf4 clone through the ultrasonic and reassemble, Im reminded of a one of the reviews on Fasttech "over engineered piece of ****" for me that pretty much sums it up.
