Can't decide what kind of carto's to use

Hi everyone, i hope you don't mind me asking a question that has probably been covered but it's so hard as there's so much info out there.

I've been vaping properly for a week now, I started off with Boge but i think i had a strange batch as there was smoke coming from them brand new and tasted burned. However before this they were lasting about 5 days each.

I switched to Kangers which are good, i feel like i get a better draw from them which is closer to a cig rather than like sucking through a straw. They're only lasting me 2 days though. Also i'm vaping heavily so having to refill quite often.

I like the idea of the empty carto's that just have liquid in but can't work out if that's a better option.

Could someone tell me what the options are?! I'm so confused with rainbows and clearomisers, especially after reading about re-wicking which i don't have a clue about.

I've been doing the condom method for the first fill but after that i just drip it in until it stops soaking.

Should mention it's the Riva 1100 that i've got

I've had a couple that have done that recently. As soon as I get a dry hit I top it off thoroughly and leave it as long as I can before trying it again. Another way can be to top it off, put the rubber stopper back in the bottom and keep your finger over it, then blow hard in at the other end through a drip tip to force the fluid in more.

I refill often. some people only do the 'condom' fill for the first fill, i do it intermittently between topping up.

What's the difference between the Boge and Kanger cartos? I wouldn't mind sticking with the Kangers because i like the draw from it

I've heard that the Kangers are very good initially but may only last a couple of days before the flavour drops off. I haven't tested the ones I've bought yet so can't speak from experience. The Boges are said to last longer.

I'm not keen on the Kangers as I feel they mute the taste of the juice on the first fill

Kangers are a bottom coil cartomiser Camber . . . whereas the Boges have the coils further up the tubing . . . tbh, two days of heavy vaping from one, is about what I'd expect with that use.

You could try a cartomiser Tank to save on the having to refill so often, you'll also find that using a Tank will generally prolong the life of your carto as well . . . as they're kept nice and wet in a tank.

the rainbows that you mentioned are ego visions and are pretty simple to use... unscrew top, fill with juice screw top back on and vape till you need to refill... dont worry about re wicking ....just use as is and they should last at least a week or two of heavy vaping

Been meaning to try Kanger's but have rather a lot of Boge's.

Would second using either of them in a tank as it does seem to improve the life expectancy of the carto. Using clear liquid I expect at least 10 days and with a coloured one around 7 at a minimum.

I am also rather lazy and all that topping off drives me nuts.
